I remember as a kid being taken to the Sydney Royal Easter Show. It was always such a fun day and something kids and adults alike can look forward to every year. From the animal shows to the rides there is always so much to do and see at the show.

We had a wonderful time and even had the opportunity to speak in front of hundreds of people about our platforms at the Australia Woman's Weekly Taste of the Show Theater Kitchen.  We were treated to a demonstration on how to make delicious brownie and even got to try the finished product.  Of course they were a 10 out of 10!!

Then we visited the impressive displays at the District Exhibits.  This year the exhibitors commemorated the 100th anniversary of the ANZAC Gallipoli landing by recognising ANZAC men and women in the artworks. The are made out of fruits and vegetables and look incredible.

My favorite part of the show is always the farm yard nursery.   The baby ducks, lambs and goats are absolutely adorable.  Your kids can get up close and personal with all of the animals on show and even get their photo taken holding a baby lamb.

We had an amazing time at the Channel 7 live studio were myself, Deedee and Ruby had a chance to present the weather report and pose for a shot at the 7 live news stand.  It was an awesome set up and we had such a great time hanging out with the team.

I was so honored to be a part of the day and can't wait to take my family there again next year.
